CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is nonrefundable. We value both our clients' time and the dedication of our beauty professionals. to maintain the highest standard of service, this policy ensures that our experts are fairly compensated for the time they've reserved for your appointment. Please review the details below for specific timeframes and any associated charges.

MOBILE SERVICES


We understand that plans can change. While deposits are non-refundable, we are happy to help you reschedule or cancel your service with at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment. If the cancellation is made within the 24-hour window, the deposit will not be refunded and cannot be applied to future services. If an appointment is canceled less then 24 hours in advance, full payment of the booking will be charged.

RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS


We understand that flexibility is sometimes needed. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply and be added to your final bill. Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance comes with no additional charge. Changes to your appointment can be made up to 4h before your booking.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS


If your appointment is missed without 24-hour notice, the deposit will not be refunded, and the full-service amount, including any travel fees, must be paid. If no deposit was made but a credit card was used to hold the booking, 100% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. Rebooking after a missed appointment will require a new, non-refundable deposit for the full service.

LATE ARRIVALS


Punctuality is important to ensure we provide the best experience possible. If you are late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee that your stylist will be able to wait. Should your stylist be available to stay, a standby fee of $50 per 30 minutes will be applied to your final bill or may be required via PayPal.

BRIDAL, EVENTS & PRIVATE BOOKINGS


For these special services, a 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event. For bookings made within 30 days of the event, full payment is required upfront. Please note that these services are non-refundable, and any cancellations will result in the full-service charge being applied.
