• Return Shipping Costs: Customers pay return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect. We recommend getting a tracking code.

• Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns.

• Damaged or Incorrect Products: We cover return shipping costs.

Rewards Points:

• Points for returned items will be deducted from your rewards account and cannot be credited back.
