5. Purchases Through the Website
5.1 You may only make purchases through the website if you are over the age of legal majority in your province/territory.
5.2 Purchases will only be shipped to a valid mailing address within Canada. All dollar amounts on the website are in Canadian Dollars.
5.3 By completing a purchase transaction through the website, you agree to pay the prices, applicable taxes, and shipping and handling fees specified in relation to your order, either by credit card or other permitted payment method.
5.4 Payments are processed by our trusted third-party service provider, and we do not collect your financial information.
5.5 Once an order has been prepared for shipment, it is not possible to edit billing or shipping details, combine orders, or add additional products to an existing order. Before your order has been prepared for shipment, our customer care team can help you cancel an item or change the size of an item within your order. If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please contact us via our Contact Us page during business hours.

7. Delivery
7.1 We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver your order as quickly as possible within the indicated time periods. However, we will not be responsible for any delays in delivery beyond our control.
8. Gift Cards
8.1 By purchasing, accepting, or using gift cards sold through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
8.2 All gift cards are issued in Canadian dollars, do not expire, and can be redeemed against all products on the website.
8.3 Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash (except as required by law).

20.2 This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter.
21. Mobile Beauty Services
21.1 Booking:
Must be booked in advance.
A deposit may be required.
21.2 Bridal Beauty/Wedding Services:
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking.
Upon booking, a bridal contract will be sent, and a valid credit card must be provided.
The wedding date will only be reserved upon receipt of the deposit and signed contract.
The deposit will be applied towards the final balance due one month prior to the wedding day.
Travel fees may apply for locations outside of Toronto, and these fees may be deducted from the deposit if applicable.
21.3 Service/Party Changes and Cancellation Policy:
Changes to services or party size must be communicated at least 60 days before the wedding day. After this period, you are responsible for the full cost of services outlined in the contract.
Cancellations are accepted up to 30 days before the wedding day. Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding day will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the total quoted wedding day rate, billed to the provided credit card.
21.4 Travel Events / Retreats:
Travel and Medical Insurance: Participants of travel events or retreats hosted by The Beauty Confidante Inc. are responsible for obtaining their own travel and medical insurance. The Beauty Confidante Inc. does not provide insurance coverage for participants and is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or losses that may occur during travel events.
22. Amendments to Terms
22.1 The Beauty Confidante Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
23. General Conditions
23.1 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
23.2 You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes
