How to Use

1.

Start with a clean face.  Apply MUCK's Retinoic Nutrient Serum for better slip on the skin. 

2.
Hold the Wellness Stone flat against your skin, or at a slight 10-degree angle.  Pressure should be light.  Always use gentle strokes on the skin and remember to support the skin with the opposite hand.  NEVER TUG OR PULL THE SKIN.  Keep the stroke slow and mindful. 

3.
Repeat each stroke at least 3-5 times on each side. You can practice this ritual daily or 2-3 times a week (morning or night). I prefer the mornings as it awakens the skin and reduces puffiness.

Important guidelines to remember:

Relax, take deep breaths, and move slowly.

Avoid working on irritated areas on the skin, breakouts, open wounds, or raised scars.

Avoid working on any areas with filler.

Drink plenty of water following your treatment to aid in detoxification.

To clean your Wellness Stone, wash with a gentle, mild soap and water.
